President
Combining vision with experience, Rusty has nearly 30 years of operations and strategic business leadership under his belt, with over 15 years focusing on upstream oil and gas.
Donal Antill
CFO
Over a 30-year career, Donal has continually expanded the scope of his expertise along with his responsibilities. Variously, he’s served as a CFO and VP of Internal Audit.
Louise Goetz
VP Engineering & Manufacturing
Prior to Vault, Louise was a Surface Pressure Control Product Director, with 28 years of experience in engineering, technology, systems development and project management.
Tony Hogg
VP Sales & Marketing
Tony brings over 40 years of oilfield experience to Vault. After breaking out on workover rigs in Louisiana, he maintained a trajectory of industry growth and education by way of field and facility roles, management assignments, and executive leadership positions in NAM and the Middle East. During his career, Tony spent nearly 35 years with Cameron and successfully grew business units overseeing wellhead, BOP, frac, artificial lift, and gas product lines. Tony’s wide-ranging expertise, seasoned industry perspective, and history with pressure control equipment and field application innovations make him an invaluable asset to the Vault Pressure Control family.
Richard Cain
VP QHSE & Training
Rich is the QHSE Director and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He brings over 25 years of functional leadership experience in Supply Chain, Services, and Commercial Support roles. With the bulk of his career focused on the Gulf Coast Energy and Oil & Gas markets, his diverse background and knowledge of fulfillment solutions, continuous improvement, and service operations provide strong leadership for our global Quality and HSE teams.
Dwayne Bartek
VP Business Development
Dwayne brings over two decades of oil and gas sales and leadership experience across multiple regions in North America. Prior to Vault, he managed regional pressure control organizations for Cameron International and Baker Hughes. Dwayne is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S. AGSM) and holds an MBA in Applied Business from Waynesburg University.
Cole Michael
VP Operations
With 15 years in Sales and Operations, Cole has led teams across key U.S. energy markets, honing his expertise in operational efficiency and customer-driven solutions. He leverages his industry knowledge, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence to drive Vault’s growth. His hands-on approach helps ensure reliable solutions and a positive customer experience.
Erojus Joseph
Operations Director - Trinidad and Tobago
Erojus (Joe) brings nearly two decades of industry experience, including 14 years in leadership roles across global energy companies such as legacy Vetco, GE Oil & Gas, and Baker Hughes. His international background includes project work in Saudi Arabia and advanced training in Singapore, where he earned top honors in Subsea training. Joe holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and has served several years on the local board of directors for the American Chamber of Commerce. As the head of the Trinidad branch, Joe leads a high-performing cross-functional team specializing in platform maintenance, wellhead repairs, and new wellhead installations.
Steven Blencowe
Managing Director - Asia Pacific
Steven brings over 20 years of leadership experience in upstream oil and gas, backed by a strong foundation in heavy manufacturing industries. Known for driving operational excellence, developing service capabilities, improving project efficiencies, and building long-term customer partnerships, Steven brings a results-driven approach and deep industry insight to the Vault leadership team. As Managing Director over the Asia Pacific, he oversees regional operations, business development, and contract execution throughout Australia and neighboring Asia Pacific Markets.
